CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?
Our policy at NONA does NOT allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Our policy at NONA allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment Incase of any fit issue. Exchanges due to color will not be entertained.
We accept only size exchanges, and it can be swapped with a different size but not the color of the product.
Steps to follow-
1. Inform us over WhatsApp at 9810144630 or send an email on care@nonaofficial.com, within 48 hours of receiving the package.
If the number of hours exceeds then , the item will not be accepted.
2. The team will revert with an email/whatsapp confirming the alterations/exchange of size along with details.
3. Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email.
Please note that we will not accept alterations/exchanges for items marked as SALE.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it provided it has been communicated within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us care@nonaofficial.com or whatsapp us on 9810144630.
In the email, mention the reason for the claim along with images/videos of the damage.
We will replace the item if stock is available or will take 10-12 working days to deliver a new one.
Minor irregularities due to embroidery techniques or natural dyes are not considered defects.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF APPROVAL?
Send images of the product and any defects immediately upon receiving the package. It will only be approved after a thorough inspection.
International orders are not eligible for either exchange or return.
WHAT IF THERE’S A DELAY IN DELIVERY?
Handcrafted and hand embroidered products may require additional time due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in such cases.
